Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a reservation with Cycle Central Park may result in cancellation fees being applied by Cycle Central Park, as outlined below:

In order to cancel the reservation a client must email us the details of his/her booking.

if a client cancels a bike tour or a bicycle rental service at least 7 calendar days in advance, there is no cancellation fee.

If a client cancels between 2 and 6 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

If a client cancels within 24 hours in advance, there will be no refunds.

Any other New York City attractions or events like: Broadway shows, coupon tickets or gift certificates are non refundable.

We at Cycle Central park may charge a Late Fee if the client is late to pick-up or drop-off the bikes.

Terms and Conditions / Privacy Policy

We at Cycle Central Park collect personal information when you book a bike tour or bicycle rentals or voluntarily provide such information on our contact us forms.  We use third parties to collect the personal info.

We may use your personal information to provide the services that you have requested or booked.

We may also use  your personal information for research or analysis to operate and improve our own services.

We use third parties to process personal information that you have provided to us, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We may also share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our services.

We at Cycle Central Park do not own any bikes and we do not run a rental store – we simply act as a third party and/or affiliate for Central Park sightseeing company.
